As a Harvard-wide community of sleep scientists, clinicians and educators, the Division of Sleep Medicine is committed to developing and sustaining premier research, clinical and education programs in sleep and circadian biology. The signature programs of the Division are its National Institutes of Health sponsored training program for new sleep and circadian scientists and its Sleep and Health Education program that educates the medical and lay public about the critical importance of sleep to health, safety, learning and performance. Other Division activities include seminars, lectures, courses and symposia designed to foster research and clinical collaboration and interaction among its members.
