Support for the Sleep and Health Benefit Dinner is recognized at the following levels:

Underwriter: $20,000 or greater
Recognition in the program & at the podium | Premiere seating for a table of up to ten guests
Benefactor: $10,000 or greater
Recognition in the program & at the podium | Preferred seating for a table of up to ten guests
Patron: $5,000 or greater
Recognition in the program | Select seating for a table of up to ten guests
Leader: $2,000 or greater
Recognition in the program | Select seating for up to four guests
Sponsor: $500 or greater
Recognition in the program | Individual ticket plus one guest
Supporter: $250 or greater
Recognition in the program | Individual Ticket

Support for this event is recognized on the Division of Sleep Medicine's website (see below), and on tables and in the program for the event. Support at the level of Patron, Benefactor and Underwriter entitles the giver up to 10 seats at the event. Requests for seating with specific Faculty members will be honored as closely as possible.
