The Research Training Program in Sleep, Circadian and Respiratory Neurobiology, a partnership between Harvard Medical School and its affiliated institutions and Morehouse School of Medicine, is offering postdoctoral research fellowship positions. Fellows will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical or basic research programs with renowned faculty in areas such as the neural regulation of sleep, circadian biology, mathematical modeling, genetics and multiomics, population sciences, clinical trials and implementation science, pathophysiology and treatment of narcolepsy, sleep apnea and other sleep and circadian disorders.
The training program faculty preceptors emphasize career development leading to research independence. This program is supported by a grant to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute for U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
Postdoctoral positions are currently available, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The training program provides a competitive stipend, tuition support and an allotment for travel and training related expenses.
