Sleep duration, timing, and quality are especially important for young adults, who are most impacted by the adverse effects of sleep deficiency. Sleep 101 is an award-winning program for incoming college students developed by Brigham & Women’s Hospital’s Sleep Health Institute and Healthy Hours. Harvard Freshman are now required to take Sleep 101 before bedtime on move in day.
