The Research Training Program in Sleep, Circadian and Respiratory Neurobiology, a partnership between Harvard Medical School and its affiliated institutions and Morehouse School of Medicine, is supported by a Ruth L. Kirschstein NRSA (T-32 grant) to the Brigham and Women's Hospital from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute within the National Institutes of Health. The Program includes 41 Program Faculty and supports 8 Post-doctoral, 4 Pre-doctoral and 3 Minority Medical Student trainees each year.  Although not all trainees are supported by the T-32 training grant, all are invited to take part in the program curriculum.

Trainees completing this program may earn a Certificate in Sleep Medicinefrom the Harvard Medical School Division of Sleep Medicine, which is a certificate of completion of program requirements. Students and Fellows with alternate funding may also apply to participate in this program and earn the certificate of completion.
