We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of all 90 known sleep disorders, including: Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Narcolepsy, Restless Leg Syndrome, and other sleep disorders. We provide diagnostic Home Sleep Tests and In-lab Sleep Tests, treatment with CPAP, dental appliances, individual behavioral therapy and support groups. We also evaluate patients for hypoglossal nerve stimulation for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

The Brigham and Women’s Sleep Disorders Service also has two specialty programs. One has doctors with special expertise in the many Neurologic Complications of Sleep including: movement disorders, behavioral disturbances, epilepsy/seizure and stroke.

As many patients with sleep problems also have issues with their sleep wake schedules, the second specialty clinic is the Circadian Disorders clinic.
