Each year, the Division of Sleep Medicine Annual Poster Session brings together a growing number of faculty and trainees working in sleep and circadian biology from across the Harvard community. The goals of this Poster Session event are to further the study of sleep and to foster fruitful academic relationships among our faculty and trainees. This annual event offers an opportunity for the diverse Harvard Sleep community to strengthen the inter-connections among the scientists and clinicians from its many excellent programs of research.

Call for Posters
Poster submissions are accepted from students, fellows and Instructor-level junior faculty working in the laboratories of HMS Division of Sleep Medicine Affiliated Faculty. Posters recently prepared for other venues will be accepted.

  • Event Logistics

    The 2024 Division of Sleep Medicine Annual Poster Session

    The 2024 Division of Sleep Medicine Annual Poster Session will be held in-person at the Marshall A. Wolf Conference Center in the Hale Building at 60 Fenwood Rd, Boston, MA 02115 on October 23rd, 2024, from 2:30 - 5:15p EST.

    Presenters must check in  for the Poster Session by 1:45p EST on Monday, October 23rd, 2024 at the event registration table, which will be located in front of the Marshall A. Wolf Conference Center, where poster easels will be available for you to display your poster.

    The easels can fit posters that are 1' to 4' in height and width. Your poster must be mounted on foam board or laminated so that is sufficiently stable to be displayed on the easel.

    Required details for poster submissions
    • Poster title
    • Authors (initials, last names and credentials, i.e., ME Smith, PhD)
    • Primary contact for poster, and name of Affiliated Faculty member(s)

    Example of required submission details:
